This striking hybrid combines the thick, compact leaf structure of Alocasia 'Ninja' with the deep, velvety texture of 'Black Velvet', elevated by cool mint variegation. The leaves emerge nearly black or deep emerald with bold, pale veining, marbled with fine flecks and sectors of frosty mint and cream. As the plant establishes, the foliage becomes leathery and heavily textured, keeping a naturally dense, low-growing habit. Provide bright indirect light to maintain the variegation, elevated humidity, and an airy, free-draining substrate, watering only when the top couple of inches have dried out.
