Anthurium (Carla × Port) × Dress is a compact, foliage-focused hybrid prized for its clean, velvety leaves and elegant form. The plant produces lance-shaped to slightly heart-shaped juvenile leaves with a smooth, matte texture, emerging in a low, structured rosette. Leaf color is a medium to deep green with subtle tonal variation along the veins, giving the foliage a refined, sculptural quality.

This hybrid inherits dark, velvet-like leaf texture and sinus structure from Anthurium carlablackiae, structural strength from Anthurium portillae, and balanced symmetry and form from Anthurium dressleri. It thrives in wide containers that allow leaves to spread naturally and prefers bright, indirect light, warm, humid conditions, and evenly moist, well-draining soil during active growth.
