Amydrium sp. NOID refers to an unidentified species of tropical vining aroid within the genus Amydrium. While well-known species like Amydrium medium are established in cultivation, NOID specimens are typically rarer discoveries, often originating from regions such as Sulawesi, Indonesia, and are highly sought after by collectors. This plant has a climbing growth habit and will produce long, leafless “runners” when searching for light or support, a normal behavior for the genus. As it matures and receives adequate support, leaf shape and fenestration may become more pronounced. It grows best in bright, indirect light with evenly moist, well-draining soil and warm, stable conditions.
