Philodendron ‘Belle Isle’ is an extremely rare hybrid named by our founder Jocelyn Ho after the iconic island park known as the ‘Jewel of Detroit.’ Juvenile leaves emerge smaller with soft green tones and deeply lobed blades. As the plant matures, the foliage enlarges, thickens, and develops a rich, deep green coloration with deeply lobed leaves featuring serrated, ruffled margins, giving each leaf a textured, sculptural appearance. Every leaf displays unique patterns and movement, making each plant a standout collector’s piece.
This cultivar thrives in bright, indirect light with warm temperatures, high humidity, and evenly moist, well-draining media. Regular misting or a humidity tray enhances leaf development and maintains the striking texture of the mature foliage.
